Job descriptionManage the maintenance, production reporting, and analysis of ERP financial systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Peoplesoft and Microsoft Dynamics NAV Develop and maintain management reports, working directly with stakeholders to provide additional data as needed Design, plan, and implement system enhancements to meet business needs and improve efficiency Supervise a small team, ensuring high-quality work distribution and service delivery Support financial system interfaces, performing error corrections and ensuring data integrity Collaborate with Engineering management and IT to support current and changing business needs Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field 5-7 years of experience as a financial systems analyst or in a similar role Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Dynamics 365 Excellent computer / internet aptitude and strong analytical skills Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple priorities, and adapt to change Highly analytical and motivated self-starter with minimal supervision and ability to work as an effective team member Comprehensive benefits, including 401K with company contributions, retirement savings plan, and possibility of international work opportunities Flexible work environment with a preference for local candidates (3 days / week in-office) and remote work options for out-of-state candidates Opportunity for career growth and internal openings within the company Work in a supportive team environment with a focus on professional development and continuous improvement
