Job Summary
The Implementation Supervisor II supports mid-to-large scale Helix Migration projects, including single and multi-site implementations involving multiple products and services. This role is responsible for analyzing customer migration needs and coordinating successful solution implementations that align with company standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Develop and execute implementation models tailored to each project.
Define deployment plans, schedule implementation phases, and manage communications and user acceptance training.
Coordinate project management activities, including timelines, task tracking, and reporting.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Manage cross-functional implementation teams.
Collaborate closely with Program Manager and attend daily Zoom status meetings.
Lead project status meetings and follow up on action items.
Monitoring & Reporting
Provide ongoing analysis of project outcomes and gather lessons learned.
Conduct post-implementation audits and client communication follow-ups.
Utilize project management tools to track success and maintain weekly reporting.
Client Engagement & Travel
Act as a primary point of contact for client communications during implementations.
Travel to domestic customer sites to support account migrations, with occasional international travel as needed.
Minimum Requirements
Proven proficiency in project management methodologies and practices
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or workstreams
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with Zoom and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira)
Ability to travel as required
