A day in the life.
As our Employee Health & Benefits Consultant on the Sales team, you'll target growth opportunities for the agency by providing consultative services on Employee Health & Benefits (EH&B) to prospects/clients. This includes proving market trends and conditions, industry updates, compliance briefings, and developing short and long term strategies to achieve client objectives. You would also manage the retention of assigned accounts and work collaboratively with the EH&B team to deliver best in class solutions and service. You will also be expected to coordinate appropriate resources and stay educated on the changing insurance landscape.
