Job Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Implementation Manager to join our team. As an Implementation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful integration and deployment of our SaaS solutions within healthcare facilities and organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management : Lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met according to client expectations.
- Client Engagement : Service as clients' primary point of contact during the implementation phase, understanding their needs, and proving expert guidance to align our solutions with their requirements.
- Training and Onboarding : Develop and conduct comprehensive training sessions for client stakeholders, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization of our software.
- Customization and Configuration : Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to customer and configure our software solutions to meet specific client needs while adhering to best practices.
- Issue Resolution : Proactively identify and address any implementation-related issues or challenges, providing timely resolutions to maintain project momentum.
- Documentation : Create detailed documentation of implementation processes, configuration, and client-specific requirements for future reference and improvement.
- Cross Functional Collaboration : Working across multiple departments (Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering) to ensure successful implementation and deployment of new products.
