Brief Job Description

An Implementation Specialist is a vital component to the Professional Services customer's implementation experience, handling customer contact responsibilities for onboarding firms implementing SurePrep products, with a focus on workstation set up and assisting with the next steps in the onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Complete the workstation setup steps to ensure a seamless start to onboarding SurePrep products
• Coordinate multiple customer touchpoints and implementation milestones
• Collaborate with Professional Services Operations and designated workflow team(s) to support project kick-offs and milestones
• Bring appropriate internal individuals together to resolve issues in a prompt and appropriate manner
• Meet performance objectives established by Management
