Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated People Manager to lead and oversee a team of Implementation Business Development Managers. Pursuing an applicant with a strong background in program management to oversee the successful deployment of broadband services in our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality broadband services to our customers. The People Manager will be responsible for guiding the team to achieve project goals, fostering a collaborative work environment, and driving continuous improvement in our implementation processes.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and Team Management : Provide strong leadership to the team of Implementation Program Managers, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
• Performance Management : Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback to support professional growth.
• Project Oversight : Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Stakeholder Communication : Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing concerns and ensuring clear communication throughout project lifecycles.
• Resource Allocation : Efficiently allocate resources and manage workloads to optimize team performance and project outcomes.
• Training and Development : Identify training needs and provide opportunities for professional development to enhance team skills and capabilities.
• Process Improvement : Continuously evaluate and improve implementation processes to increase efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
