Our team handles everything from installation to ongoing maintenance, making water filtration simple and reliable.
We are seeking an organized, efficient, and detail-oriented AP / AR Clerk to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support to Accounting to include AP & AR
- Collects revenue by contact of delinquent accounts and notifying customers of insufficient payments
- Researches & resolves account discrepancies
- Manages accounting ledgers, posts account transactions, reconciles statements
- Prepares and distributes invoices
- Verifies transaction information, computing charges and refunds
- Troubleshoots payment issues and negotiates payment plans
- Provides excellent customer service to billing inquiries, payment discrepancies and maintains positive customer relationships
- Other duties assigned
