We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated AP / AR Specialist to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounts payable and receivable, with experience handling invoice processing. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Responsibilities :
- Process 30-40 invoices in accounts payable, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Manage accounts receivable functions, including invoicing and payment follow-ups.
- Utilize Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) to analyze financial data and support reporting.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
