Title : In-House General Counsel

Salary : $155-$175k + EOY Bonus (Up to $50k - 10% Profit Share)
Haraka Headhunters LLC is an attorney search firm specializing in corporate attorney placements. We are currently working with a top-tier specialty financing / factoring company who provides cash advances to contactors in the insurance space.
What We Are Looking For...
- At least 4 years of experience in a general counsel role preferably at a funding or insurance company.
- Must have experience drafting investor memorandums, legal opinions and / or contracts
- Experience purchasing receivables is a plus
