KPMG is currently seeking a Managing Director and Associate General Counsel, Lead Audit Counsel to join our Office of the General Counsel.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary OGC contact for leadership of the Audit and Assurance Practice on legal and regulatory matters relating to the provision of professional services; advise the other two professional service functions of KPMG (Tax and Advisory) regarding similar matters as needed, including the resolution of potential disputes
- Organize the work of Practice Advisory Group to support the Audit and Assurance Practice
- Stay current on legal and regulatory developments impacting the audit profession and advise the Audit and Assurance Practice of such developments
- Support the development of comment letters and guidance for Audit and Assurance Practice

California Salary Range : $402,000 $880,000
