Our agents average 2-3 escrows a month within their first 90 days on the team. Here’s how :
- Fast-Track Onboarding : In your first 4 days, we teach you how to convert leads into appointments, conduct effective buyer / seller consultations, and master contracts.
- Comprehensive Training : Ongoing tactical training happens 5 days a week, both via Zoom and in-person. Topics include roleplays, listing appointment prep, closing strategies, and more.
