For over 170 years, we have delivered on our promises, guided by our core values. We are seeking a highly experienced and analytical Senior Litigation Adjuster to join our Claims team, focusing on either Commercial General Liability (CGL) or Auto Bodily Injury (ABI).

This is a full-time, exempt role offering a hybrid work schedule (two days in the office)

salary : $95,000 - $100,000 per year

shift : First

work hours : 8 AM - 4 PM

education : High School

Responsibilities

In This Role, You Will :

• Manage the settlement of litigated cases involving disputes over coverage, liability, and damages issues.
• Gather facts and analyze statements / testimony to develop comprehensive claims resolution strategies.
• Work in partnership with defense counsel and other parties / vendors to achieve timely and cost-effective conclusions.
