Position Summary :
The role involves providing comprehensive patient care, including administering treatments, assisting with daily activities, and monitoring patient conditions. It includes documenting care, educating patients and families, advocating for patient rights, and ensuring ethical standards are met. The role also emphasizes leadership in care delivery, promoting patient well-being, managing pain, and offering lactation education to both patients and healthcare staff.
Qualifications and requirements
Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include :
