Join Our Team as an Inside Sales Representative!

Are you ready to make an impact in the aerospace industry? We're hiring an Inside Sales Representative for a full-time, temp-to-hire role in Chatsworth, CA . If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at building client relationships, this is your opportunity to shine!

Location : Chatsworth, CA
Pay : $25.00 - $31.00 / hr (DOE)
Type : Full-Time Temp-to-Hire
Schedule : Monday - Friday, Day Shift

What You'll Do as an Inside Sales Representative :

Respond to RFQs and develop pricing strategies

Support customers, distributors, and channel partners

Process orders and inquiries efficiently

Resolve routine customer issues professionally

Serve as the communication link for customers

Track order activity and resolve delivery issues

Collaborate with the team to ensure satisfaction Skills You'll Need as an Inside Sales Representative :

5+ years in aerospace or distribution sales

Knowledge of aerospace hardware and OEMs

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Proven ability to meet sales goals

Organization and time-management expertise

Eager to make outbound customer calls Qualifications :

High school diploma required (additional education a plus!)

Must pass a drug screen and background check
