We are currently seeking talented individuals for our Cleaning / Utility Person position!

Here is some of what you’ll do…

POSITION SUMMARY :   Under the close supervision of the Sales Operations Supervisor, this position exists to beautify the buildings and grounds by maintaining components, vehicles, forklifts, grounds, and shop floors.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Completes deliveries and pick-ups by driving truck or van to and from assigned locations
• Maintains vehicles by washing, cleaning, and detailing, keeping vehicles fueled, completing preventative maintenance requirements, and arranging for repairs.
• Secures buildings and grounds at the end of the day
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment by keeping buildings, grounds, components, and vehicles neat, work areas organized, and complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintains buildings and grounds by completing routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Checks, inspects and verifies shipments.
• Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications.
• Contributes to a team effort by accomplishing related results, as needed.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
