Diesel Mechanic Pay and Benefits :
Up to $42 / hour (based on location and mechanic experience)
Diesel Mechanic Sign-On Bonus ($1,500 - $2,500 depending on location and mechanic experience)
$250 quarterly tool allowance ($1,000 / year!)

Diesel Mechanic Requirements
3+ years experience with hydraulic pumps and diesel engine repair
Hands-on expertise with hydraulic systems, including pumps, cylinders, valves, and hoses
Skilled in MIG and stick welding
Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems and troubleshooting
Diesel engine repair experience is a plus
Must have your own tools and be confident using them
Valid driver's license required; Class A or B CDL is a bonus
Industrial Equipment Technician Requirements
At least 3 years of industrial equipment repair experience
Mechanical aptitude : Natural knack for understanding and working with mechanical systems.
Valid driver's license : Maintaining a current license and safe driving record for operating company vehicles.
Mechanical proficiency : Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices for mechanical tasks.
Welding and cutting experience : Prior involvement in basic welding, cutting, and layout operations for repairs.
Willingness to pass a DOT physical exam for safety compliance.
