Job Title
Planning, directing, or coordinating the work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products IAW cost, schedule, quality, and quantity specifications

Requirements
10+ years of experience leading production efforts

Master's degree in engineering or engineering discipline, Computer Science or IT discipline, or other technical discipline
Direct experience manufacturing products IAW cost, schedule, quality, and quantity specifications
Demonstrated experience with quality control
Excellent problem solving and planning skills
Direct experience creating schedules, assigning work, and overseeing projects
Demonstrated leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Possess a current DoD Top Secret clearance
Desired Skills
10+ years of experience leading production efforts for DoD projects and / or programs
Direct experience with NAWCAD WOLF production efforts
10+ years of experience with the production of communication systems, networks, or technologies
