The Role

The QA / QC Manager will be directly responsible for ensuring building codes and standards are adhered to on these projects. This role will report directly into the Program Manager. Additional responsibilities include :

• Develop a Quality Control plan ahead of project groundbreaking and continue to adhere to plan throughout construction
• Communicating with the Superintendent daily on necessary changes to project, including : materials, scheduling, permits, local / state regulations, etc
• Schedule look aheads and analyzing potential future issues before they happen
• Speaking with the internal project management team to assess feasibility of changes
• Perform jobsite walkthroughs routinely while reviewing QC plan and previously recommended changes
• Travel is required for this role
