Job descriptionOversee and manage Fairmont Miramars microsite and brand sites ensuring traffic and engagement through best practices content updates and innovative design. Keep all website content including images and copy up to date across brand and thirdparty platforms. Liaise with the corporate office for website enhancements and functionality upgrades. Develop campaigns to grow social media presence email subscribers and drive bookings. Manage publishing on Instagram Facebook and LinkedIn for the hotel and affiliate brands. Engage in community management and coordinate with influencers for promotional campaigns. Design and produce visual assets within Fairmonts brand guidelines including promotional collateral printed materials digital banners and presentations. Organize and manage photo and video shoots on the property. Lead graphic design initiatives for various promotional campaigns. Coordinate with display ad agencies for campaign implementation and monthly reporting. Manage and optimize the hotels presence on online travel agency (OTA) platforms. Implement and monitor Meta and Google ads as well as email marketing campaigns. Minimum of three years of marketing experience in a related field. Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager WordPress CMS and Google Analytics. Expertise in graphic design software such as Canva Photoshop or Illustrator. Exceptional writing skills with a proven ability to create compelling social media content.
