Position Summary : We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Manager to lead and manage the development of cloud applications on the Azure platform. This role will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure, and innovative cloud-based solutions. As the Technical Manager, you will lead a talented team of developers and engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive best practices for cloud application development and architecture.

Key Roles / Responsibilities :

Supervisory Responsibilities :

• Manage both in-house technology team and offshore outsource team for the right solution delivery in a timely manner.
• Manage multiple technical projects working with IT, third party, and in-house technology team, including technical project planning, monitoring, and controlling the project performance.
• Manage technology team, infrastructure, and third-party budget (CapEx, OpEx) and reporting. Define and substantiate technology investment strategy. Vendor management including contracts with 3rd party to ensure costs are aligned with the budget.
