Salary: $120,000 - 160,000 per year

Requirements:

• To successfully fulfill this role, individuals must be capable of performing each key job duty effectively. The qualifications for this position include:
• Over 2 years of experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of workstation systems, operating systems, Microsoft products, and Outlook
• Familiarity with Apple and Android environments for phones and tablets
• Ability to resolve intricate issues related to client software and configurations
• Strong customer service skills and professionalism when engaging with users, along with the capability to thrive in and contribute to a cohesive team environment
• A genuine enjoyment in assisting customers with their issues, both over the phone and in person
• Willingness to travel for field location support or other projects
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion

Responsibilities:

• As an IT Client Support Technician, I am responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in both corporate and remote office settings. My key duties encompass:
• Providing local and remote assistance to end-users, including support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and other technologies as needed
• Conducting consultations if required, gathering and analyzing user specifications, and recommending suitable solutions
• Offering Tier 2 support for enterprise clients related to desktops, laptops, and client application systems
• Coordinating equipment refresh schedules and providing life cycle support for client PCs, while configuring and assisting users as necessary
• Assisting with asset management within the team, including requisition, inventory management, equipment assignment, and cost-effective disposal of assets
• Documenting issues and their resolutions within the enterprise ticket tracking system or knowledge base
• Supporting the maintenance of corporate client standards and standardized processes, including installation, upkeep, and enhancements for current and proposed systems
• Configuring and deploying new workstations, printers, and software while offering on-site support for client printer setups and other IT-related tasks as needed
• Keeping up-to-date documentation of end-user computing applications and computer asset inventories
• Participating in on-call rotations as required
