As a Technology Engineer within PNCs C&IB MIS RTB organization. You will be based either in Pittsburgh, PA or Strongsville, OH or Dallas, TX or Birmingham, AL or Phoenix, AZ. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the managers discretion.

API Development.

Technology Engineer will be performing the beow Tasks :

Work all Incident Calls to resolution (Level 1 through Level 4)

Perform multiple T-Events / Validations as required.

Perform firewall certification tasks and evaluate these rules on a regular cycle.

Create firewall rules as required. Validate / test those rules once applied.

Renewing / installing Certificates.

Code Promotions to QA and Prod.

QA testing / validations.

PROD testing / validations.

Performance Testing and monitoring.

RHEL upgrades.

Incident review and resolution.

Application Health Checks.

Patching updates / resolving vulnerabilities.

SQL / ORACLE database code updates.
