• Respond to customers security questions and issues
• Come up withways to do thingsfaster better and more effectively
• You will work with teamsto maintain uptodate baselines forthe secure configuration of ServiceNow instances
• You will participate asan escalation contact in theOnCall rotation to ensure thatSecurity Operations can respond topriority incidents
• You may be called upon to assistwith the deployment integration andinitial configuration of new securitysolutions or enhancements to existingsecurity solutions.
• Working with customers to explain appropriate security behavior and configuration
• You will work in a collaborative environment with internal teams on critical Security Issues

Qualifications :

This position requires passing a ServiceNow background screening USFedPASS (US Federal Personnel Authorization Screening Standards). This includes a credit check criminal / misdemeanor check and taking a drug test.Any employment is contingent upon passing the screening. Due to Federal requirements only US citizens US naturalized citizens or US Permanent Residents holding a green card will be considered.
