Information Security Operational AnalystZurich is currently searching for an Information Security Operational Analyst to work in our Information Security team that will report to the Cyber Security Senior Manager out of our Zurich North America Headquarters in Schaumburg, IL.

The Operational Analyst will drive IT risk reduction, security, andpliance in support of business objectives. This includes, but is not limited to, conducting 3rd party risk assessments, creating and publishing security awareness content, ensuringpliance with IT Security policies and logging exceptions, providing support for security response processes, control assurance for IT service providers, and providing technical feedback on IT security to internal customers.

In addition, this person may assist in the implementation of information security policies, standards, and programs consistent with local, regional, and global strategy.

Basic Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree with 0 years of experience OR
• Associate degree with 2 or more years of experience in the IT Security or IT Operations area OR
• Zurich Insurance Certified Apprentice including an Associate degree with 2 or more years of experience in the IT Security or the IT Operations area OR
• High School Diploma or Equivalent with 4 or more years of experience in the IT Security or IT Operations area
