Monitor the performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure. Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs. Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes. Ensure the company’s IT operations are secure, compliant, and aligned with industry standards, managing risks related to data privacy and cybersecurity. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT. Stay abreast of industry regulatory requirements, ensuring all IT systems, data privacy, protection regulations and practices comply. Ensuring all IT practices and systems comply with relevant laws and regulations. This includes managing relevant systems to meet SOX, 21 CFP Part 11, GxP, HIPPA. Overseeing the physical and software infrastructure necessary to support the organization's operations. This includes maintaining SaaS apps, cloud servers, data centers, network architecture, and end-user devices. Leading change initiatives in the organization to enhance business processes through technology. This includes managing the human factors in IT deployment to ensure smooth transitions and minimal resistance. Managing the IT team, including hiring, training, and professional development. Industry Experience : 12+ years of experience in information systems. Managerial Experience : 5 years in a managerial role, with a proven track record in department-level budgeting and strategic IT planning. Regulatory Compliance Expertise : Strong experience in implementing and managing information systems compliant with SOX, 21 CFR Part 11, and GxP. Successfully led and completed audits for these regulations, ensuring adherence to strict standards. Cybersecurity Implementation : Skilled in deploying IT security measures to protect organizational IT systems. Demonstrated ability to enhance company-wide cybersecurity defenses. Hands on experience with Intune, ManageEngine, Rapid7 or similar MDR system. Computer Network Knowledge : Demonstrated deep understanding of IT infrastructure and operations.
