  • Train litigation support staff on EDRM best practices including planning, preservation, processing, and database setup.
  • Coordinate workflows and provide project updates to case teams and clients' IT departments to manage expectations.
  • Advise legal teams on cost estimates for forensic vendor tasks, data hosting platforms, and other eDiscovery-related costs. Work with vendors to ensure adherence to spending caps, stop-limits, and change order approvals.
  • Track project progress, manage deadlines and budgets, and maintain preservation logs and tracking systems in MS Teams.
  • Collaborate with the FBT legal team and the client's IT department to create data maps identifying potential source locations and preservation statuses.
  • Implement technology and best practices across multiple offices to effectively support the litigation practice and ensure the Litigation Support Department aligns with firm policies and business goals.
  • Consult with legal teams to provide in-depth guidance on e-discovery issues.
  • Manage data transfer and storage systems, adhering to firm information governance and matter tracking policies.
  • Partner with the Litigation Support Director to improve workflows, implement quality control, and develop firm-wide training programs.

Job Requirements :

  • Relativity - RCA (Relativity Certified Administrator) certification preferred.
  • ACEDS CEDS (Certified E-Discovery Specialist) certification preferred.
  • Experience with Technology-Assisted Review and Predictive Coding preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and techniques for managing projects containing electronically stored information (ESI), including utilizing Relativity Managed Review and Analytics.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational and planning skills.
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills necessary to interact in an effective and professional manner with a diverse group of clients, attorneys, staff and outside vendors and consultants.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
  • Experience capturing web sites, on-line videos, video editing and general graphics is a strong plus.
  • Experience managing on-premise and cloud-based relation databases such as SQL and IDOL.
  • Experience using Regular Expressions and DTSearch to manipulate large data sets.
  • Experience managing and troubleshooting relational databases for document review platforms such as Everlaw, Relativity, Ipro, or Autonomy.
  • Knowledge of document review database structures and an understanding of how to ensure the integrity and defensibility of unstructured and structured data.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, organize and prioritize issues and workload, and a proven ability to manage time and resources in order to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to changing work situations, grasp and apply new ideas, and be able to communicate with various personalities at all levels of management and staff in solving problems quickly and effectively.
  • Ability to travel within the firm's footprint and work extended hours, including nights and weekends.
