Information Technology Manager
Position : Information Technology Manager Department : Information Technology
Classification : Full Time, Exempt Reports to : General Manager
Summary
The Information Technology Manager is a strategic and operational leader responsible for developing and overseeing all aspects of the IT department. This individual will play a key role in development and execution aligning technology solutions with Aero-Flite's business goals and objectives. The IT Manager will be directly responsible for management of all IT related activities within the organization, including the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the IT department function to ensure secure, reliable services. This position is based on-site at our Spokane, WA hangars.

- Budget & Financial Oversight
Create, manage and forecast the annual budget for all IT needs across the organization; review and approve expenditures.
Monitor the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks.
Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Develop and drive the IT strategic planning and tech roadmap to align with organizational objectives.
Recruit, onboard, train, mentor, and conduct performance reviews for IT staff.
Manage and lead procurement of technology resources
Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, service-level agreements, and third-party relationships.
Collaborate with other department leaders and executives to understand business needs and contribute IT expertise to achieve organizational objectives.

Work Environment
This job operates in an office and hangar environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and scanners. The noise level in the work environment is usually at a typical office level and while in the hangar with frequent periods of moderately loud noises. Exposure to industrial chemical smells, fragrances, animals, etc.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly required to move, talk and hear. The employee is constantly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
The employee is constantly required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and move up to 40 pounds and occasionally lift and move objects up to 80 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Regular exposure to a hangar environment with walking / traversing hazards, uneven surfaces and stairs.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7 : 30 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m. This position often requires extended hours or weekend work to fulfill its responsibilities. This is an on-site role based at the Spokane, WA hangars.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position supervises the IT team.
Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel is required to support business objectives.

Exempt : The base pay range for this position in Washington state is $105,000 - $130,000 annually. The annual rate is influenced by a variety of factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, and geographical locations. Employees will be eligible to enroll in the company's medical / dental / vision insurance, retirement plan with match contributions, company paid life & disability and financial wellness programs. Hired applicants will be eligible for bonuses. This information is provided per the WA State EPOA.
