Position Overview / Responsibilities for the IT Contract Manager :

Our client is seeking an IT Contract Manager (SLA Analyst) to support and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for IT Service Providers. The role involves maintaining the existing Service Level Program, validating data, tracking SLA outputs, and ensuring compliance with contractual timelines, including the preparation of SLA scorecards and documentation. This position requires strong MS Excel, data management, organizational, and communication skills to manage performance data and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. The Contract Manager will oversee strategic contracts, ensuring compliance with policies, managing performance against SLAs, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, the role requires knowledge of contracting concepts, commercial laws, and EIR accessibility requirements, and involves working closely with leadership to develop strategic directions for supplier performance.

Required Skills for the IT Contract Manager :

• 10+ years’ experience as an IT Contract Manager
• 5+ years’ experience with the following : SLAs, contract invoicing / billing, maintaining contract information, data management / validation / reporting
• 5+ years’ experience reviewing contract data for upcoming renewal and expiration
• 3+ years’ experience providing technical assistance to contractors and agency staff on contract compliance, processing, and management
• 3+ years’ experience working for a Texas State agency
