Were passionate about creating a place where you can develop your skills, contribute confidently, and succeed in your career./ph3Why Join Us as a Director, Infrastructure Engineering?/h3pYou are responsible for developing and maintaining a high performing team that will support the SaaS/Managed Hosting business continued growth and drive to use industry leading technology./ph3What Youll Be Doing/h3p Contribute to, deliver, and maintain the Cloud strategy for customer Datacentre Services that leverages available technologies and supports the commercial success of the business./pp Help define and manage Instems transition from hosted Infrastructure to Cloud-centric IaC operations/pp Deliver on Datacentre Services margin targets to contribute Instems profitability/pp Review, develop, and agree on plans and supporting metrics for initiatives and programs that will help achieve department and business goals/pp Cost management for the Department/pp Develop and maintain relationships within the general business, life sciences and relevant governance communities to support excellence for Datacentre Services Solutions/pp Be an influential member of the Clinical Technology leadership team/pp Drive Security and Regulatory Compliance with our SaaS/Managed Hosting solutions/pp Influence the direction of the systems technology based on industry exposure/trends/pp Ensure the delivery and adherence to SLAs within a skilled Datacentre services organization/pp Provide guidance and expertise in the development and maintenance of the Instem SaaS/Managed Hosting customer contracts/pp Adherence to the Companys Quality Management System to ensure that all work is handled Securely, Professionally and Diligently/pp Support quality assurance activities related to US based audits and global matters where SaaS Cloud and Infrastructure are concerned in a Quality Assurance Consultant role/ph3What Were Looking For/h3p Expertise in IT/Cloud-Based technologies with at least 10 years successfully managing a Global Cloud Solution./pp Established experience in managing Information Security in a Cloud-based environment/pp A deep understanding of Regulatory Guidance in the early healthcare industry/pp Experience delivering and maintaining validated computerized systems/pp Several years experience overseeing high calibre IT Datacentre services teams/pp Experience managing a commercial Cloud-based solution./ph3What We Offer/h3pWe invest in you because youre at the heart of our success.
