Because when you feel free to be you, it makes it a lot easier for us to be us.As a Product Manager on the Observability team at Splunk, you will work in an entrepreneurial, cross-functional and collaborative environment, working with engineering, design, marketing and sales counterparts to define and drive key functionalities within our Observability products.

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to help bring our industry leading Observability solutions to a new level. You will work closely with your peers in product, engineering, design, and GTM team to prioritize and drive a roadmap of innovative capabilities around our Splunk Infrastructure Monitoring product.This position requires understanding users’ needs and workflows, instincts and creativity to ideate and implement new user journeys, and technical expertise. Knowledge of development will enable you to produce clear product requirements and navigate the technical complexity of our monitoring products and development processes.This position will be based in the San Jose office in the US and will need to work with our distributed team across the Seattle, San Francisco, San Jose, India, Poland, and RTP offices in the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, including understanding customer and user needs, translating and communicating those needs crisply through a prioritized roadmap, and partnering with design and engineering teams to deliver a compelling product experience
• Actively maintain a view of how the market, competition and technologies are evolving, and factor it, as well as feedback from internal groups and customers, into the product strategy
• Collaborate with product marketing, support and the sales team to drive GTM efforts and solve for business limiters within your control and pursue key business accelerants
