Role : Infrastructure Support Engineer

Location : Austin, TX

Key Qualifications :

Extensive experience in Infrastructure Support , with a strong ability to troubleshoot Kubernetes and AWS-related issues.
Proficiency in Kubernetes troubleshooting , including identifying and resolving issues for complete resolution.
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure Monitoring using Splunk and Kubernetes .
Expertise in Splunk and Python , including :

Utilizing Splunk APIs and Python Splunk SDK

Query indexing and applying filters

Real-time monitoring and troubleshooting with shared Splunk dashboards

Strong analytical skills in monitoring alerts , identifying patterns, and resolving recurring infrastructure issues.

In-depth experience with AWS and Kubernetes , focusing on Infrastructure Support and Monitoring .

Expertise in Kubernetes deployments and advanced monitoring , including :

Monitoring Kubernetes objects, health, and performance

Troubleshooting container issues, identifying failures, and optimizing Kubernetes environments

Optimizing container utilization to enhance cost efficiency

Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry .

Experience in Monitoring Kubernetes with Splunk Infrastructure Monitoring , including :

End-to-end visibility for microservices

Collecting Kubernetes metrics with Splunk

Monitoring clusters, workloads, nodes, pods, and containers

Proficiency in GitHub , including managing repository branching structures.
