Job descriptionMinimum 60 months of experience leading and managing professional infrastructure projects within the past eight years. Lead planning and execution of network infrastructure within corporate real estate projects. Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including design, costing, approvals, and implementation. Coordinate cross-functional teams for timely deployment of standardized network infrastructure. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation in the designated system of record. Oversee Transition-to-Operations (TTO) for seamless handover to support teams. Monitor and manage project budgets and provide accurate expenditure reports. Familiarity with cabling designs and standards. Understanding of rack and power conditioning. Knowledge of AV fundamentals and networking hardware devices. Familiarity with audio-visual components related to voice, video, and Teams infrastructure. Strong communication and coordination skills. Effective stakeholder management. Technical competency across network and infrastructure domains. University degree from a recognized institution.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Strong knowledge of project management concepts, predictive methodologies, agile frameworks, and business analysis frameworks.
- Experience designing, estimating, and deploying physical infrastructure components for real estate projects.
- Deep understanding of passive and active network infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of IT Rooms / Data Center requirements, including layouts, equipment, AC power (raw and UPS), HVAC, grounding, fire suppression, and infrastructure security.
- University degree from a recognized university.
