Job descriptionAdminister IV therapies, including IVIG, in home settings. Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans accordingly. Maintain accurate treatment records in EMR, complying with healthcare standards. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure excellent patient care. Manage infusion equipment, ensuring high standards of care. Educate patients and families on infusion therapies and health management. Active OR nursing license. Degree in Nursing with significant RN experience, or IV Certified LVN / LPN experience. Current CPR / BLS certification. Willingness to travel locally in the Gresham area.
