As the Manager of Innovation Finance, you will lead financial analysis and influence strategic decision-making for our pioneering projects. We are looking for a driven and intellectually curious individual with a sharp analytical mind and a proactive approach to navigating complex environments. Your responsibilities include managing project analyses, conducting P&L and DCF analyses, refining financial processes, and serving as a key member of our innovation project teams.
How You’ll Make an Impact :
Lead rigorous financial analysis for innovation projects, including detailed P&L and DCF analyses.
Collaborate seamlessly with Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D, Innovation, and Global Retail teams to extract actionable financial insights and recommendations.
Prepare comprehensive forecasts and pro-forma analyses to support various strategic initiatives.
Manage project analyses and provide strategic financial counsel to senior leadership, contributing directly to key decision-making processes.
Innovate and optimize financial processes to bolster support for our pioneering initiatives.
Actively participate in cross-functional innovation project teams, leveraging your financial expertise to drive process improvements and achieve project milestones.
Oversee executive reporting and diligently track key performance indicators, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Provide sound financial advice to non-financial business partners, promoting informed decision-making and strategic alignment.
Uphold and embody the core values of Little Caesars within your team and across the organization.
Conduct ad-hoc project analyses as needed, supporting real-time decision-making and enhancing project outcomes.
Who You Are :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Business, or related field; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
Minimum of seven (7) years in roles requiring advanced proficiency in analytical tools, techniques, and financial reporting systems.
Exceptional aptitude for sophisticated data analysis and modeling.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, coupled with proven cross-functional collaboration skills.
Demonstrated ability to make informed, data-driven decisions and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Outstanding organizational skills with a proven track record of managing teams and meeting critical business deadlines.
Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
Proficiency in personal computing and navigating networked environments; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Relevant industry experience.
