This position is remote and we currently have 2 openings available for this role.
HEROIC Cybersecurity is seeking an experienced MSP / MSSP Inside Sales Account Executive to expand our reach. You will have the opportunity to join the team at such an early stage and have an influence on the sales and marketing strategy company culture and enjoy significant upward mobility! Our work environment is fastpaced challenging and exciting.
What you will do :
- Respond to inbound hot leads within seconds of their arrival to qualify prospects promptly and close deals efficiently.
- Collaborate with a team of dedicated SDRs to attend appointments via video calls ensuring effective engagement and closing of deals with potential clients.
- Outbound efforts to all assigned leads (calls video text email social media) daily to prospective companies and their decisionmakers.
- Drive new business by identifying and closing deals with enterprise clients for our SaaS and Managed Security Services offerings.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Qualify prospects gauge interest and schedule information sessions.Work with MSP / MSSP clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from responding to inbound hot leads calling warm leads prospecting to closing.
- Utilize CRM tools to track activities update client information and forecast sales performance.
- Collaborate with the team on improving prospecting strategies.
- Work closely with SDRs to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
- Continuously learn and improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Demonstrate indepth knowledge of our SaaS solutions and Managed Security Services.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the company on market needs and product enhancements.

Experience : Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the technology sector. Proven track record in both SaaS software sales and Managed Service Sales. Extensive experience managing and scaling large, remote, and international sales teams, including AEs and SDRs. Technical Proficiency : Highly proficient with industry-leading sales enablement software (e.g., Outreach.io, SalesLoft, InsideSales.com, Spiff.com, Gong.io). Experience with CRM technologies such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Close.io, etc. Familiarity with auto-dialing, power dialing technologies. Demonstrated experience integrating AI-based sales enablement technologies into sales systems to enhance outreach, engagement, and conversion rates. Other Skills : Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. Exceptional leadership and people management abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in cross-cultural communication and collaboration. Experience in IT Services and Cybersecurity Industry Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
