Your Role At KeyGlee

At KeyGlee, you will be essential in bridging the gap between investors and sellers, leveraging your sales skills to facilitate mutually beneficial deals. This is your opportunity to enhance your expertise, close high-value transactions, and succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced industry.

Skillfully negotiate property prices and terms

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Use your sales knowledge to close deals and surpass targets

Monitor performance with daily KPIs, consistently exceeding weekly and monthly goals

Work closely with a team committed to supporting your success

No real estate license? No worries! We'll guide you through the process and cover all licensing costs!

Work Schedule :

Monday - Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Job Requirements :

Proven experience in sales

Proficient in using basic computer applications

Excellent phone communication skills

Positive attitude with a self-driven commitment to success

Pay Structure :

12 weeks of paid training at $20.00 per hour plus any commissions earned

After training, base pay changes to $14.60 per hour against commission

Our top reps earn anywhere from $5,000 to $12,000 per month in commissions

We'll review the commission structure in full during your interview
