Best Line Equipment is looking for a full-time, Inside Sales Representative at our Allentown, PA location. The primary responsibility of the position is to plan, direct, and coordinate the sale of our product lines to both homeowners and businesses in various industries. The applicant must have equipment knowledge and have the customer service and sales skills necessary to drive revenue and obtain established sales goals. The position has an hourly base rate, plus the opportunity to earn a variable compensation component.

Job Overview :

• Promote the sale of company equipment and services and provide sales support.
• Serve as a liaison between the customer and our operations, service, and accounts receivable departments.
• Sell our products that require extensive technical expertise and support for operation, such as properly handling equipment and suggesting our service team for repairs.
• Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
• Complete and review Penn DOT paperwork.
• Maintain inventory and security of Penn DOT Dealer & Consumer registration permits and tags.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services.
• Collaborate with sales team to understand customer requirements.
• Attend all sales calls and meetings.

Requirements :

Estimated Annual Compensation : $45,000 - $55,000 (dependent on performance)
