About The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for the leadership and development of a defined set of distributor accounts, existing end users and the generation of new business leads against predetermined targets and objectives as specified by the Sales Operations Manager. This role will support our sales organization including the Field, National Accounts and National Distribution teams. The Internal Sales Associate directly reports to the Sales Operations Manager. The position is office based in Charlotte, NC.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop customer relationships and achieve business sales growth within identified distributors.
- Achieve an in-depth knowledge and understanding of each distributor and their respective market sectors.
- Pursue new end users as opportunities to educate and identify areas to sell SCJP's range of products.
- Identify market trends for opportunities within specified industries, seasonal trends, and multi-location sites to pursue end users not currently buying SCJP branded products.
- Identifying, qualify and schedule appointments with new end user leads
