We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager / Inside Sales to join our sales team, focusing on client retention and development. This role is critical in nurturing and expanding relationships with our existing client base, driving revenue growth through account retention, upselling, cross-selling, and generating referrals from satisfied customers. Based primarily in our office, you will leverage warm leads, strong communication skills, and a consultative approach to deliver tailored facility solutions that meet client needs. Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management : Maintain consistent, proactive communication with existing clients through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings, conducting regular account reviews to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify evolving facility needs, acting as the primary point of contact between clients and operational teams.
- Account Growth and Development : Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services, such as janitorial, maintenance, security, or concierge solutions, while cultivating referrals through trust-based relationships to expand the client portfolio.
- Sales and Outreach Activities : Execute a high volume of daily client outreach calls, meticulously maintain and update CRM records to track interactions and opportunities, and actively participate in daily accountability calls to align with team goals and report progress.
- Strategic Collaboration : Collaborate with sales and operations teams to develop customized proposals, participate in client meetings (virtual or occasional in-person), and support major account initiatives, ensuring seamless service delivery and alignment with client expectations.
- Industry Awareness : Stay informed about trends in facility management, property management, and related industries to position our services as proactive solutions for client challenges, such as operational efficiency, safety compliance, and enhanced occupant experiences.
- Team Contribution : Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and occasional virtual events to share insights, contribute to lead generation strategies, and drive continuous improvement in service offerings.
