KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Inside Sales Representative at Continental Floral Greens, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the wholesale floral market.

  • Develop and present sales proposals, including pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual product line reviews.
  • Research market trends and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal inventory management and fulfillment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues that may arise.
  • Work proactively on product development to meet specific customer needs.
  • Requirements : WHO YOU ARE

  • A dynamic and self-motivated sales professional.
  • A strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of sales experience in agriculture, manufacturing, or perishable goods.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Experience in wholesale, mass market, or garden centers preferred.
  • Existing cut floral / Christmas floral customer base on the East Coast is a plus.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.

    Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits.
