ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Inside Sales Specialist, reporting to the Sales Director Americas, you'll collaborate with engineering, marketing, and product management to drive sales and deliver cutting-edge solutions to industries worldwide.

Your workspace? Remote in the Boston area where we are building one of our teams for the Americas region.

What you’ll be doing :

Supporting Key Account Managers in all sales processes

Creating and managing accounts in Navision & Salesforce

Handling customer inquiries—whether it’s technical info or quotes

Assisting with payment processing & overdue invoices

Qualifying new leads and nurturing accounts before handing them off to Outside Sales

Generating reports & analyzing customer backlogs

Managing channel partners, pricing updates, POs, RFQs & incoming requests

YOUR PROFILE

You have a degree in a technology related field and a passion for customer service

You have gained work experience in a customer facing role for example through working student jobs in Go-To-Market roles.

You know how to communicate with customers and get them excited about products

You are ready to learn managing data with Salesforce and Navision ERP

You’re passionate about technology and innovative high-tech solutions

You can multitask like a pro and pay attention to the details

You think strategically and understand how to build long-term customer relationships
