At Arizona State University (ASU), we advance education through innovation, teaching, and technology. The Learning Experience (LX) Design team within Enterprise Technology enhances inclusive, technology-driven learning environments. As an AI Instructional Designer Associate, you will collaborate with instructional designers, the AI Creative Technology Specialist, and the AI Learning Strategist to develop engaging, learning materials. This role supports faculty and subject matter experts in integrating instructional technologies, creative tools (Adobe Creative Cloud), and AI-driven solutions within teaching and learning. Under general direction, you will assist in designing, developing, and implementing educational content that aligns with best practices in instructional design, AI integration, digital learning, and pedagogy.
As with all members of the Enterprise Technology team, this role carries core responsibilities, including fostering a sense of belonging and cultivating a culture that is relational, visionary, and empowering. With a strong emphasis on authenticity and compassion, this position is dedicated to embodying and advancing our culture.
Salary : $50,000 annually
Essential Duties :
AI and Creative Technology Integration
- Collaborate with the AI Creative Technology Specialist to integrate, showcase, and advise how Adobe Creative Cloud and digital portfolios could be integrated into teaching and learning environments.
- Develop training materials, tutorials, and instructional guides for faculty on AI integration and creative technology adoption.
- Use Adobe products to create interactive learning content, enhancing digital literacy and showcase potential for incorporating these tools into teaching and learning.
- Participate in quality assurance reviews of digital learning resources, implementing best practices in AI learning design.
- Provide technical support and faculty training on AI-powered applications, and content authoring tools.
- Cross-train to support all enterprise-wide technology tools

Minimum Qualifications :
