Job description

Carries out the formal education mission of the Church and promotes Christ's values as expressed in Scripture and in Tradition.

Supervise and assist teachers in meeting instructional goals and maintaining high teaching standards.

Review and provide feedback on lesson plans to ensure they align with curriculum guidelines and school objectives.

Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to improve teaching strategies.

Act as a liaison between teachers and administration, addressing concerns and ensuring lesson plans and teaching methods align with state and school standards.

Collaborate with teachers to enhance curriculum development and instructional techniques.

Support teachers in using data-driven strategies for improvement.

Develop and implement professional development programs to enhance teacher effectiveness.

Provide coaching and mentorship to new and existing teachers.

Organize workshops, training sessions, and peer collaboration opportunities.

Ensure teachers meet deadlines for submitting lesson plans, grades, and other required documentation.

Requirements

Holds a Florida Teaching Certificate or is certifiable for the State of Florida
Five years teaching experience
Proficiency in curriculum development, instructional strategies, and teacher evaluation
Has the ability to stand and walk independently and can carry objects of 50 lbs. or more.
Is able to use technology to promote learning.
