The Consultant will work with tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, PowerPoint, and other content development applications to produce instructional materials that align with department standards.

Job Description :

The Consultant will support the client's Operational Procedures and Training (OPT) team by developing and updating instructor-led and computer-based training content as part of the CAMS Upgrade Project. This role requires collaboration with agency executives, technical teams, contractors, and support staff to ensure training materials are accurate, engaging, and reflect current program operations. The Consultant will work with tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, PowerPoint, and other content development applications to produce instructional materials that align with department standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and revise instructor-led and computer-based training using modern instructional design techniques. Draft and update user guides, technical instructions, and other work instruction documents. Analyze system and procedural changes to determine training impact. Coordinate reviews and approvals of training materials with stakeholders. Collaborate with subject matter experts and team leads to gather input and produce content. Ensure consistency, clarity, and usability in training materials through strong writing and editing. Develop quizzes, interactions, and course objectives that align with learning outcomes. Use tools such as Articulate Storyline 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud to create interactive content. Provide technical assistance and QA during content development and revision. Document and facilitate meetings related to instructional content and training development.

Minimum Qualifications :

3+ years of experience developing instructor-led and computer-based training. Experience writing technical instructions or user documentation. 3+ years of experience working with Articulate Storyline 360. Bachelor’s degree or certification in Instructional Design or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience using knowledge base systems. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud. Experience supporting state government or large enterprise IT projects is a plus. If interested, please apply with resume.
