Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in coordinating glass and glazing projects from start to finish.
• Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to understand scope, schedule, and deliverables.
• Communicate with general contractors, architects, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Track and manage project timelines, budgets, and material orders.
• Coordinate submittals, RFIs (Requests for Information), change orders, and other project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements.
• Schedule and oversee site deliveries, inspections, and installation timelines.
• Assist in problem-solving project issues and delays, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain organized project records and documentation.
