Hardware component (PCB / ECU) design for boats / marine industry.

Onsite contract in Fort Myers for 6 months.

Responsibilities

Design & develop custom embedded hardware devices as well power electronics

Work with contract manufacturer on developing factory acceptance testing

Create and maintain documentation through development process including specificatins, test plans, circuit designs, schematics, PCB layout, etc

Skills

Must have

10+ years of experience in designing embedded hardware

Prior circuit design / schematic capture, and PCB layout experience

Altium Designer OR Altium 365 experience

Nice to have

Familiarity with permanent magnet motors, induction motors, and / or motor controls
