Position Summary :
- Perform the most complex commercial or residential appraisals.
- This senior level position, under minimal supervision, is responsible for measuring and listing large commercial, multi-family and complex residential properties; defending ad valorem values before the Board and some cases to the NC Property Tax Commission.
- Establishing property grades and characteristics for revaluation.
- Assisting with cost, market and income studies for revaluation; and assisting in training and providing guidance to staff.
