Key Responsibilities

Drive new revenue and develop business using warm leads and personal networks

Architect and negotiate complex production insurance submissions and lead underwriting conversations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify insurance opportunities and enhance revenue ties

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in entertainment-focused commercial property and casualty insurance

Proven track record in winning new business and managing complex placements

Property and Casualty license required

Strong command of production coverages and risk structures

Experience with Salesforce or similar systems preferred
