Now Hiring a Full Time Hybrid Claims Processor in Milwaukee!

Monday-Friday 8-4 : 30pm

On Site Tuesdays and Thursdays as Needed

Day to day :
Will rotate monthly on job duties with other claims processors
Heavy teamwork aspect
Bulk of their day is processing claim files ->

two day turn around time

1 day for UW claims

keeping up with emails and tickets

Ticketing system

Bank kick outs ->

if they sent money to providers and it didn't clear the bank for whatever reason

refunds ->

works with employer groups

adjustment claims and files

Matching adjustments

SPS reports ->

roughly 12 employer groups that request a special report

3-5 Must Haves :

claims experience -2 yearsCustomer service / phone experienceHealthcare knowledgeHealth insurance knoweldge

Nice to Have :

claims processing / customer service

Provider or billing company are a big plus

Great communication skills
