Job descriptionDriven, ambitious, and competitive. High energy and goal-oriented. After 90 days, you'll take an insurance license training course and pass the state exam (expenses covered by us). Must meet state requirements for obtaining a license (background check required). Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a retail, office, bank, or similar environment. Management or shift lead experience is a plus. High school diploma or GED required. Proficient with multi-line phone systems, printers, copiers, scanners, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer-focused approach. Highly organized with attention to detail. Self-starter with a competitive spirit. Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM. No evenings, weekends, or holidays. Option to work remotely on snow days. Competitive salary based on experience. Performance-based bonuses and commissions. Comprehensive benefits package. Every other Friday off in the summer if agency goals are being reached. Job Summary : Are you a people person who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you have a knack for upselling and a passion for achieving goals? If so, we want you on our team! No prior insurance experience is necessary we provide comprehensive, free training in our local office. This position offers a competitive salary, plus commission and bonuses for upselling.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide insurance quotes for new clients after training.
- Develop rapport with clients and follow up on leads.
- Upsell products to current clients to earn commission.
- Assist in planning and executing client appreciation events.
